About Us

Owner and General Contractor Troy Barboza was born and raised in New Bedford Massachusetts and has been in the construction field for over 25 years. Troy began his career working as a carpenter with a focus on remodeling historic homes. Several years later Troy found himself taking on a leadership role in the field. From subcontracting, to project management, to site superintendent, Troy has years of experience in all facets of building.

In the late 1980’s Troy began building custom homes. Fortunately for him few trades were subcontracted out in the Massachusetts area at that time, giving him the opportunity to learn all phases of construction hands on, and the experience needed to become a respectful and successful general contractor.

In 1999 Troy relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina. Shortly thereafter he obtained a North Carolina General Contractor’s unlimited license for both residential and commercial building. Troy continues to fulfill his lifelong passion in both commercial building and custom home building, striving to maintain quality assurance and customer satisfaction in all aspects of construction.
